Electromagnetic Ferro Filter (Slurry Separator) Manufacturers
The electromagnetic ferro filter is manufactured by Magna Tronix and is used to remove tiny iron particles from liquid, chemical, or ceramic slurries. This technology requires no human intervention and is fully automated. Electromagnetic foil will be activated during the slurry cycle, opening the slurry valves. The slurry will be fed into the ferro filter tanks by the pump. Generally, the slurry cycle time can be determined. The electromagnetic field produced by the surrounding coil magnetizes our filter grids. To stop leaks, the coil is completely enclosed. The electro ferro filter from Magna Tronix is intended to eliminate ferrous tramp from liquid processing and conveying lines. In cooling systems, filter magnets are also often utilized in hydraulic circuits.
